From 1 April 2017 there are changes to urgent care services in the South Tees area, the Walk in service will close on 31 March 2017. If you need to be seen by a GP for non urgent medical care please contact your own GP practice. If you need to seee a GP outside normal surgery hours you can still phone your own GP practice. and will be transferred or directed to the GP out of hours services.
Please be aware that we will be closed over the Easter break ( Friday – Monday ) so please request your repeat medication early, we will reopen on Tuesday 18th April 2017.
The Resolution Health Centre will remain open to registered patients .Registered patients will continue to access the practice during normal surgery opening hours. If you need to see a GP outside normal surgery hours which will be 8 am – 6 pm you can still phone Resolution Health Centre – you will be transferred or directed to the GP out-of-hours service.
If you are calling after 6 pm for medical advice please call NHS 111 and you will be directed to the most appropriate service to meet your need. This could include a phamacy, out of hours GP service or minor injuries.
Don’t forget to book in for your flu vaccination, eligible registered patients should be receiving invitations now. If in doubt please ask at reception.

You can also sign up for Systm Online which allows you to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions ,access your medical records and amend any of your details online via the website. To do this please call into the practice and we’ll get you set up with an online account. As part of the Patient Online initiative you can also now access GP health records , please contact us to arrange access.
We are improving how we communicate with our patients , so please let us know when you attend the practice if you need information in a different format or any other communication support , we are always happy to help.

We are have now introduced the Family and Friends Test , this is a way of telling us about the care that you received , your comments are really important and will help to improve the service for you and others – this can be accesed via the iwantgreatcare website if you would like to provide feedback. Copies of the feedback forms are also available from our reception desk.
